Karolyn began buying, selling, and managing her own rental properties in 1991. That's when she became hooked on real estate investing as a hobby! Karolyn's clients have found her to be an excellent negotiator and thorough buyer's and seller's agent. Karolyn earned her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABRŪ) real estate designation in 2005. She also holds the designation At Home with Diversity.
In 2001, Karolyn accomplished her dream of relocating from Southern California to Maui! She has worked full-time since beginning her real estate practice on Maui in 2002. Holding Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mathematics, she also teaches math part-time at Maui Community College. On a personal note, Karolyn has adopted four children (a sibling group of Hawaiian kids that were previously her foster children).
